Warranty

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. After receiving your return, evaluation takes 7 days. A brand new replacement unit will be sent at our shipping costs if warranty requirements are met.

Shipping

We typically use FEDEX, DHL, TNT or EMS for delivery, taking 4-7 working days to destination. For remote areas not covered by these services, we use China Post Air Parcel (20-30 days delivery). Insurance is included in the Shipping & Handling costs.
