Product Description:
The Mitsubishi MR-J4-10A (MRJ410A) is a servo amplifier from the MELSERVO MR-J4 series with an output wattage of 100Q. The two power supplies, a main circuit and a control circuit. The main circuit power supply has a voltage that is 200 to 240VAC which either a 3-phase or 1-phase at a frequency of 50/60Hz. Yet, this voltage can fluctuate between 170 to 264VAC of 3-phase or 1-phase and permissible fluctuation of -5% and +5%. The control circuit power supply is entirely equivalent to the main circuit except that it only has one phase and additionally has a power consumption of 30W and the inrush current ambits 20 to 30A. Lastly, the output of the MR-J4-10A has a rated current of 1.1A and a 3-phase voltage of 170VAC.
The MR-J4-10A servo amplifier can be paired with four different rotary servo motors: the HG-KR053, the HG-KR13, the HG-MR053, and the HG-MR13 motors. These motors can connect to the servo amplifier by its CN2 interface with an encoder cable and to a terminal block with the appellation ‘U, V, W’ with a servo motor cable.
The external interfaces of the MR-J4-10A servo amplifier will be described below. The CN5 interface on the MR-J4-10A connects to a personal computer which supports a MR configurator2. The CN6 interface connects with an analog monitor, the CN3 with another personal computer. The CN8 interface can connect to a safety relay or a MR-J3-D05 safety logic unit. Lastly, the CN1 interface can concatenate to a junctional terminal block.
