instructions manual within the warranty period, please contact us to obtain a merchandise return code and
shipping instruction. Then, send it back at your shipping costs.
After receiving your return item, it will take 7 days for evaluation and investigation. A brand new
replacement unit will be sent to you at our shipping costs if it meets our warranty requirements.
 
Shipment
 

 
Usually, we use FEDEX,DHL,TNT or EMS to deliver the goods, and it take around 4-7 working days to the
destination address. If the destiantion address is the remote area and FEDEX,DHL,TNT,EMS service do not cover
the area, we will use China post air parcel, it will take 20-30 days to your hands.
Insurance is included in the Shipping & Handling costs you paid.
