The IC697MEM719 is a 512 KB CMOS Expansion Memory produced by GE Fanuc for the Series 90-70. This memory is used to expand logic and data memory in IC697CPU771/2 Central Processing Units or the Programmable Co-Processor Module (PCM) catalogued IC697PCM711. The IC697MEM719 has a number of notable features including its availability in four versions (64, 128, 256, and 512 Kbytes), its ability to be configured for both data and program storage, and the fact that it does not require any extra slot. Configured as a daughter board, IC697MEM719 is strategically placed in the same slot as the module in which it operates.
