The GE Fanuc IC660EBA024 electronic assembly is made for the Genius I/O block system. This electronic assembly with its corresponding terminal assembly (the IC660TAB024) makes up the whole functioning Genius I/O current source analog block. While the terminal assembly houses the block’s configuration settings that are stored in EEPROM and provides a base for all the field wiring, the electronic assembly contains the block’s microprocessor and provides an interface between field devices and the Genius bus.
