The Rosemount Solu Comp II analyzers support either single or dual sensor inputs, with measurement capabilities including pH/ORP, resistivity/conductivity/TDS, concentration percentage, ratio conductivity, total and free chlorine, dissolved oxygen, dissolved ozone, flow, and temperature. For dual-measurement models, a broad selection of measurement combinations is available—reducing both cost per loop and required panel space.

The Solu Comp II can be ordered with field-configurable measurement functionality, a feature that adds flexibility and significantly reduces the number of spare instruments needed for on-site maintenance. Exclusive Quick Start screens appear upon initial power-up, guiding users through steps to register the number of sensors, select measurement units, and choose a display language. Additional prompts specific to selected measurements are also provided, allowing the measurement loop to be operational within minutes.

Calibration and configuration menus are designed to be simple and intuitive, with plain-language prompts walking users through each procedure—no service codes are required to access these menus. The analyzer accepts both single and dual sensor inputs, while its two 4-20 mA outputs can be independently programmed to correspond to any selected measurement or temperature. Users can also field-select output damping and choose between linear or logarithmic output modes.

Equipped with three fully programmable alarm relays, the Solu Comp II allows each relay to be assigned to any selected measurement or temperature. Alarms can be configured as high, low, or USP1. The third relay offers an additional fault alarm function, which activates the relay in the event of a sensor or analyzer malfunction.
