• Compact & Modular Design:​ Features an ultra-slim profile specifically for dense, multi-axis panel mounting, significantly saving control cabinet space compared to traditional drives.
• Power Regenerative Function:​ The "R" type (indicated in the model) includes a built-in regenerative transistor circuit. It can efficiently handle regenerative energy from the motor, either by feeding it back to the power supply (improving system efficiency) or dissipating it through an external regenerative resistor, preventing overvoltage faults during frequent deceleration.
• Advanced Tuning & Vibration Suppression:​ Equipped with Yaskawa's proprietary "Easy Auto-Tuning" and "Adaptive Vibration Suppression Control," which automatically optimize servo gains and actively dampen mechanical resonance, ensuring quick settling and stable operation.
• High-Speed, High-Precision Response:​ Offers a high-speed response frequency (up to 1 kHz) and supports high-resolution 131,072 pulses/rev encoder feedback, enabling extremely precise positioning and smooth motion.
• Ease of Use & Integration:​ Simple setup via a detachable digital operator. Supports a variety of command sources: pulse train input, analog voltage, and fieldbus communication (with optional modules). Its modular bus system allows for daisy-chaining of multiple axes.

• Primary Materials:​ The drive chassis is made of high-strength, coated sheet metal for EMI shielding and durability. The internal power stage uses high-speed IGBT (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor) modules. Control circuits are built on multi-layer PCBs with conformal coating for protection. Cooling is achieved via a built-in fan and an extruded aluminum heat sink.
