Description of  IC693CPU374

The Series 90-30 IC693CPU374 module is a GE Fanuc-manufactured single-slot CPU (AMD SC250) with an embedded Ethernet controller. This CPU 374 module comes with 240 KB of user configurable memory, 4K I/O, and 8 racks. The embedded Ethernet controller supports communication speeds of up to 100 Mbps and it comes with a built-in switch. It supports both SRTP and Ethernet global data along with the Modbus/TCP client/server protocol. No serial ports are present in this module. The processor comes with 133 Mhz of speed with a typical scan rate of 0.15 milliseconds per 1K of logic. It comes with both RAM and Flash memory for storage. The IC693CPU374 module has a power rating of 7.4 Watts and it is supplied with 5 Volts DC voltage. The environmental temperature should be set between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius for operation. When not in use, it can be stored at a temperature between -40 and 85 degrees Celsius.

 

The GE Fanuc Series 90-30 IC693CPU374 module comes with 2048 fixed discrete input and output points. It has a discrete global memory capacity of 1280 bits. The register memory of the module can be configurable anywhere from 128 to 32640 words. There are 28 fixed system registers present in the CPU with timers and counters. The CPU module is battery backed and it powers the system clock and the RAM. The IC693CPU374 module is equipped with a CPU baseplate and 7 expansion or remote baseplates. The CPU supports different programming languages and it can work with floating point data. It can be configured by using the VersaPro or CIMPLICITY machine edition logic software.
