ACS880-01 380-500 VAC ABB's Versatile ACS880 Series Drive Frequency Converter
The ACS880-01 drives serve industries like oil & gas, mining, metals, chemicals, cement, power, material handling, pulp & paper, marine, water/wastewater, food & beverage, and automotive. They control cranes, extruders, winches, conveyors, mixers, compressors, centrifuges, pumps, fans, and more. Compact and easy to install (wall or cabinet), they offer IP55 protection. Built-in features include a harmonic filtering choke, plus optional brake chopper, EMC filter, communication adapters, safety, output filters, and I/O modules.

ACS880-01 Core Technology and Control Performance:
- Adopting direct torque control (DTC) technology: supporting high-precision control of almost all types of AC motors, including asynchronous motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), and synchronous reluctance motors (SynRM)
- Sensorless anti sway control: Especially suitable for applications such as cranes and winches, it can automatically suppress load swing, improve operational safety and efficiency
- Supporting axis synchronization and master-slave configuration: facilitating multi motor collaborative control and meeting the requirements of complex transmission systems
