AOFC-02 Core functions and technical features:
This accessory adopts high-quality capacitor components and advanced filtering circuit design, which can efficiently filter out high-frequency harmonics at the output end of the frequency converter, significantly reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), thereby protecting the motor and cables from damage, improving the stability of the entire motor control system, and reducing the failure rate. In terms of technical specifications, the working voltage is 24VDC and the output frequency can reach 50kHz. The product has passed UL certification and is compatible with ABB series frequency converters. It is suitable for various industrial scenarios such as mechanical manufacturing, food processing, textile printing and dyeing.
AOFC-02 Operation and configuration:
AOFC-02 supports PROFIBUS communication protocol, with standard ID set to 0x9700 or 0x9740. The default current output at the factory is 4... 20mA. The configuration mode is divided into "active" (passive): active mode does not require external power supply, while passive mode requires external power supply; For explosion-proof equipment (such as Ex Zone 1), the configuration must be specified at the time of ordering and cannot be modified later. The default PROFIBUS address at the factory is 126. Before starting, it needs to be adjusted to a unique address within the range of 0-125, which can be set through DIP switches, system tools, or DP master stations
