Description of  MR-J4-10B(-RJ)

The Mitsubishi MR-J4-10B (MRJ410B) is a Melservo MR-J4 series servo amplifier with an output wattage of 100W. The servo amplifier 100W can connect with a few rotary motors, all of which are from the HG series. These servo motors may be connected via two cords: the motor power cable and the encoder cable. The servo motor power cable concatenates by the junction terminal block and the encoder cable can affix to the CN2 port. The servo amplifier and the motor may be managed by a personal computer which can be attached to the MR-J4-10B servo amplifier by a USB communication connector in it CN5 port.

The MR-J4-10B servo amplifier has a current of 0.9 Amp with the main circuit power supply input can either be a 3-phase or 1-phase input. The voltage can be from 200 to 240VAC and its frequency is 50/60HZ. The servo amplifier has a permissible fluctuation of 170 to 264VAC for its voltage and its frequency can fluctuate plus or minus 5%. Now the output for the MR-J4-10B has a 3-phase rated voltage of 170VAC while the rated current is 1.1 Amp.

The protective structure of the MR-J4-10B servo amplifier allows for nature open cooling thanks to its IP20 enclosure rating. This rating will protect this amplifier from undue contact from foreign substances or accidental finger contact. The normal ambient temperatures should be in between 0 to 55oC (32 to 131oF) to allow for normative operations to continue, but the ambient temperatures will be aberrant if it is in storage or if it is mounted.
